About the Job
The Operations Reconciliation Analyst will be responsible for managing the team treasury operations. This role includes post-trade settlement of market makers and external exchanges, funding, buying, selling, staking, and withdrawing funds (both fiat and crypto), as well as conducting reconciliations and internal and external reporting. The Analyst will monitor and analyze daily workflows, liquidity, and financial risk management while ensuring adequate holdings of fiat and crypto funds for effective treasury management. Collaboration with various stakeholders will be essential for department-wide process improvement efforts.

The Analyst will ensure that our Operational Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) align with customer expectations and industry standards of quality and timeliness. Responsibilities include creating and improving internal operational processes to meet our KPIs, Service Level Goals (SLGs), and Service Level Agreements (SLAs). The role requires ensuring that key process controls are in place and regularly reviewed.

  • Proficient in gathering, organizing, and using data for decision making.
  • Excellent Excel skills.

At M2, we believe in a workplace where talent, dedication, and passion are the key factors for success, rather than gender, background, age, or other characteristics. We embrace diversity as it fuels innovation, fosters creativity, and drives success. If you're ready to join a team where your potential is truly valued, welcome aboard!
