About the Role
The one-year TareeGE Operations Program focuses on the operational aspects of Heavy Duty Gas Turbines services, with the possibility of extension for an additional year. As an Operations Support Engineer, you will support and progressively take ownership of multiple data insights and operational processes related to Monthly Reviews and Forecasting. This role is designed to provide hands-on exposure, AI-driven opportunities, decision-making support for senior leadership, and cross-functional collaboration with various stakeholders in safety, quality, delivery, cost, and culture (SQDCC).
You will work closely with experienced team members to learn the various aspects of maintaining existing processes and develop new ones using Lean and AI to improve business operations. This program offers a unique opportunity to understand the operations of a large-scale business while collaborating with all levels of the organization, both regional and global.

Essential Responsibilities:
- Maintain a daily record of all outages and track key changes impacting on-time delivery
- Monitor outage movements and maintain the daily tracker for task updates
- Support the region with installed base, outages, and ERP data
- Run various reports, such as On-Time Delivery and Critical tasks python script
- Maintain financials at outage level after outages are completed
- Prepare communications to be shared with the region
- Support other critical processes as needed for Escalations, MOR, and SI&OP
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Engineering, Data Science, Data Analysis, Artificial Intelligence, Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields from an accredited university or college
- Proficient in Excel; intermediate skills in Windows and other Office applications, Power BI; basic VBA/Tableau skills or familiarity with basic programming languages
- Understanding of Basic LLMs (e.g., Chat GPT, Claude)
- Strong oral and written communication skills in English
- In line with the localization requirements of UAE, preference will be given to qualified UAE National talents.

Desired Characteristics / Qualifications:
- Maximum 2 years of experience in a data reporting and/or data analysis-based role
- Understanding of Chat Agents & AI Workflows
- Computer Science/Engineering, Data Science, or related Engineering backgrounds are preferred
- Demonstrated accountability and ownership of tasks with quality and integrity
- Proven to be a team player, keen to learn and adapt to change
- Be an agent of change in the organization for new tools & capabilities
- Demonstrated project handling and continuous improvement
- Understanding of lean concepts
- Strong analytical and process skills
