The Operations & Technology Specialist is a vital member of the Deploy team, focusing on AI-native operations. This dual role supports two essential functions: ensuring the right personnel are allocated to customer projects and maintaining the internal IT infrastructure that is critical for team performance, demonstrations, and training activities. The ideal candidate will spend approximately half their time with the Operations team and the other half with the internal IT team, moving fluidly between both responsibilities without losing momentum.

Part 1 · Deploy Resource Operations
In the Deploy Operations team, this role is responsible for converting requests from Sales and Project Leads into actionable staffing solutions by ensuring that the right people are selected based on their availability and skill sets.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle resourcing requests from Sales and Project Leads, clarifying necessary skills, language, location, and dates, and confirming the completeness of requests.
- Utilize live capacity views, bench views, allocation plans, and skills/service catalog data to match requests with suitable candidates, proposing realistic delivery options.
- Verify consultant availability before commitments are made to customers, raising awareness of potential conflicts, gaps, or overbookings early.
- Maintain accurate resourcing data in the ERP and Operating App to facilitate consultant booking, allocations, forecasts, and actuals, ensuring system alignment.
- Support the weekly Deploy Operations rhythm, including resourcing reviews, data quality checks, and follow-ups on outstanding items.
- Ensure visibility of demand, forecast resourcing requirements, identify skills gaps, and plan for future hiring or upskilling needs.
- Escalate resourcing conflicts to Operations and Deploy leadership and proactively seek solutions to operational challenges.
- Leverage AI tools to support the development of AI-native operations.
Part 2 · Internal IT, Development, and Tenant Operations
As part of the internal IT team, this role will manage the operational environments essential for the company, including the production, demo, and training tenants, ensuring they are secure and ready for demonstration at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing the production tenant alongside the IT team, handling identities, groups in Entra, license assignments, Teams and SharePoint structures, and daily administration tasks to maintain a healthy environment.
- Support colleagues with daily IT requests, owning issues until resolved, and documenting solutions for future reference.
- Collaborate with onboarding to create accounts and maintain the onboarding training environment, ensuring new employees are set up for productivity on day one.
- Assist the AI and Operations team in creating new agents for internal use, preparing data sources and permissions, and conducting configuration and testing.
- Manage the demo tenant and build demo environments, as well as maintain the training tenant by creating required users, licenses, and environments for customer training sessions.
- Ensure that internal environments comply with security and governance standards related to identity, access, data protection, and responsible AI practices, reporting any risks identified.
Must Have
- Independent and resourceful, taking ownership of tasks from inception to resolution and solving problems autonomously.
- Proficient in AI tools and platforms, including Microsoft Copilot, integrating them into daily tasks and continuously enhancing processes through automation and improved workflows.
- Organized and adept at data analysis, producing insightful reports and accurately maintaining records of bookings, allocations, accounts, and other relevant data.
- Service-minded and composed under pressure, addressing both IT issues and staffing requests with a steady and helpful demeanor.
- Strong practical skills in Microsoft 365, including admin centers, Entra ID, licensing, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive, capable of managing a tenant and application use effectively.
- Clear communication skills in English, capable of explaining technical details to non-technical colleagues and producing concise, usable documentation.

Good to Have
- Microsoft certifications such as AB-730, MS-102, SC-300, or AZ-104, or a clear plan to obtain them.
- Experience with Copilot Studio, Agent Builder, or other low-code agent development environments.
- Background in resourcing, scheduling, or project management office (PMO) work within a consulting or professional services setting.
- Proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
