The Oracle Apps Technical Consultant will have expertise in Oracle EBS HRMS, specifically in version R12.1.x or higher, and experience in the HR and Payroll Module. Knowledge of additional HRMS Cloud modules, particularly Core HR and Payroll, is advantageous.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate and actively participate in all phases of the implementation cycle, including requirements gathering and analysis, system design and development, testing, and implementation.
- Demonstrate problem-solving and conflict management skills to effectively resolve change management issues.
- Plan, lead, and participate in the design, configuration, and testing of the HCM modules/functionality of Oracle's E-Business Suite.
- Assist business users in mapping and streamlining/reengineering business practices to implement various Oracle modules, utilizing standardized implementation methodologies.
- Engage in standard implementation activities, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, implementation, project documentation, and post-production support.
- Understand and define controls in the system regarding solutions and segregation of duties.
- Work closely with clients to ensure that work products and deliverables meet high standards, ensuring client satisfaction.
