Key Responsibilities:
- Design, configure, customize, and maintain Oracle BRM solutions to support billing, invoicing, and revenue management processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions within Oracle BRM.
- Develop and implement integrations between Oracle BRM and other systems, such as CRM, ERP, and billing platforms.
- Perform system upgrades, patches, and enhancements to optimize the performance and functionality of Oracle BRM.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Oracle BRM configuration, customization, and integration issues.
- Conduct testing and quality assurance of Oracle BRM solutions to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, manuals, and training materials for end-users.
- Stay current with Oracle BRM updates, new features, and best practices to ensure the system is utilized effectively.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of configurations, processes, and procedures.
Skills Required:
- In-depth knowledge of Oracle BRM architecture, configuration, modules, and functionalities.
- Proficiency in customizing Oracle BRM Pipeline, Pricing Center, Data Manager, and Customer Center.
- Strong expertise in Oracle BRM data model, data migration, and scripting languages like SQL, PL/SQL, and JavaScript.
- Experience with integrating Oracle BRM with external systems using SOAP, REST APIs, and XML technologies.
- Familiarity with telecom billing concepts, rating engines, billing cycles, and revenue recognition processes.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within Oracle BRM.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in troubleshooting issues and resolving defects.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders effectively.
- Proven experience in implementing Oracle BRM solutions in a telecommunications or related industry.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Oracle BRM certification is a plus.
