Position

The Cloud Adoption Manager focuses on increasing customer consumption growth within the EMEA Technology Cloud Engineering (TCE) group. This role is essential in driving fast activation, nurturing an optimal ramp-up, and removing technical barriers for customers. The Cloud Adoption Manager will primarily deal with the post-booking phase of the customer lifecycle, ensuring successful and sustainable cloud consumption growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with TCE teams to agree on specific activities and deliverables for managed accounts.
  • Drive fast and smooth customer activation, minimizing time to first value and accelerating consumption growth.
  • Equip customers with the necessary knowledge for early usage.
  • Continuously monitor and review Adoption Plans with customers for progress and success.
  • Proactively assess risks within the customer environment and implement mitigation plans.
  • Identify new workload or implementation opportunities, energizing customer interest.
  • Remove barriers to progress by engaging relevant teams and advocating for customers.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in Tech Cloud engineering roles with a successful track record in customer engagements.
  • Deep knowledge of the cloud technology landscape, with hands-on experience (or certification) in Oracle, AWS, GCP, or Azure.
  • Strong experience in the sales lifecycle with OCI architect experience/certifications.
  • Ability to advise on technology best practices and understand market trends.
  • High energy, social skills, and a strong focus on customer centricity.
