Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with TCE teams to agree on specific activities and deliverables for managed accounts.
- Drive fast and smooth customer activation, minimizing time to first value and accelerating consumption growth.
- Equip customers with the necessary knowledge for early usage.
- Continuously monitor and review Adoption Plans with customers for progress and success.
- Proactively assess risks within the customer environment and implement mitigation plans.
- Identify new workload or implementation opportunities, energizing customer interest.
- Remove barriers to progress by engaging relevant teams and advocating for customers.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Tech Cloud engineering roles with a successful track record in customer engagements.
- Deep knowledge of the cloud technology landscape, with hands-on experience (or certification) in Oracle, AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Strong experience in the sales lifecycle with OCI architect experience/certifications.
- Ability to advise on technology best practices and understand market trends.
- High energy, social skills, and a strong focus on customer centricity.
