Key Responsibilities:
- Drive a fast and smooth customer activation, focusing on minimizing time to first value and accelerating consumption growth for new cloud customers and workloads.
- Equip customers with the necessary knowledge for early cloud usage.
- Monitor and manage customer Adoption Plans to ensure progress aligns with expectations.
- Facilitate customers' value realization during critical milestones (e.g., Go Live).
- Proactively monitor customer environments, assess risks, and build mitigation plans.
- Identify potential new workloads or implementation opportunities and energize customer interest by sharing relevant information.
- Address and resolve issues, advocating for customers with relevant teams.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Tech Cloud engineering roles with successful customer engagements.
- Strong knowledge of cloud technology landscapes, with hands-on experience or certifications in Oracle, AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Experience in the sales lifecycle, particularly with OCI architecture.
- Familiarity with database technologies and IT market trends.
- Strong customer-centric focus, problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication and coordination skills.
