About the Job: The Cloud Adoption Manager will be aligned to a specific territory and will work closely with Sales and Account Cloud Engineers (ACEs) to focus on the post-booking phase of the customer lifecycle. Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with relevant teams on account management activities and deliverables.
  • Drive fast and smooth customer activation, focusing on new cloud customers to minimize time to first value and accelerate consumption growth.
  • Equip customers with the necessary knowledge for early usage.
  • Continuously monitor and review the adoption plan to ensure progress and facilitate value realization.
  • Pro-actively assess risk, monitor customer environments, and build mitigation plans.
  • Identify potential new workloads or implementation opportunities and facilitate customer engagement with relevant Oracle activities.
  • Resolve barriers and ensure prompt resolution of Service Requests (SRs) by engaging teams and advocating for customer needs.
  • Act as a customer advocate for product features and requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in tech cloud engineering roles with successful customer engagements.
  • Passion for technology with a solid understanding of the cloud technology landscape; hands-on experience (or certification) with Oracle, AWS, GCP, or Azure is a plus.
  • Strong background in sales lifecycle with OCI architect experience/certifications and knowledge of database technologies.
  • Ability to advise on technology best practices and market trends.
  • Excellent customer-centric focus with strong communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to understand customers' IT landscape and business requirements.
