Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with relevant teams on account management activities and deliverables.
- Drive fast and smooth customer activation, focusing on new cloud customers to minimize time to first value and accelerate consumption growth.
- Equip customers with the necessary knowledge for early usage.
- Continuously monitor and review the adoption plan to ensure progress and facilitate value realization.
- Pro-actively assess risk, monitor customer environments, and build mitigation plans.
- Identify potential new workloads or implementation opportunities and facilitate customer engagement with relevant Oracle activities.
- Resolve barriers and ensure prompt resolution of Service Requests (SRs) by engaging teams and advocating for customer needs.
- Act as a customer advocate for product features and requirements.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in tech cloud engineering roles with successful customer engagements.
- Passion for technology with a solid understanding of the cloud technology landscape; hands-on experience (or certification) with Oracle, AWS, GCP, or Azure is a plus.
- Strong background in sales lifecycle with OCI architect experience/certifications and knowledge of database technologies.
- Ability to advise on technology best practices and market trends.
- Excellent customer-centric focus with strong communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to understand customers' IT landscape and business requirements.
