Oracle Cloud Engagement Director

We are seeking to hire an Oracle Cloud Engagement Director for our client based in Riyadh, to lead global finance and ERP transformation programs. This role requires a strategic thinker with deep functional expertise in finance processes (R2R, FP&A, P2P, O2C, and EPM) and extensive experience in delivering large-scale Oracle Cloud ERP implementations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Finance and EPM modules.
• 15 years of professional experience with Oracle ERP and finance transformation projects.
• Deep knowledge of finance business processes: R2R, FP&A, P2P, O2C, EPM.
• Proven track record in leading global Oracle Cloud ERP implementations (at least 5 full lifecycle implementations).
• Experience managing large teams (20+ resources) and coordinating multi-national projects.
• Ability to translate business requirements into Oracle Cloud solutions and drive adoption.
• Strong client-facing skills; able to communicate with CFOs, VPs of Finance, and C-level executives.
• Willingness to travel up to 100%.
• Currently based in Saudi Arabia, preferably in Riyadh.
• Must have a valid transferable Iqama.
