Location: DUBAI, United Arab Emirates
Responsibilities:
- Analyze business needs and provide recommendations to program the product hierarchy.
- Write custom reports and make modifications to the solution to meet customer needs.
- Recommend Oracle ERP implementation and operational best practices.
- Analyze and document customer business processes and requirements.
- Participate in lead test planning and perform solution testing, assisting with defect resolution.
- Identify and present Consulting Services opportunities.
- Conduct workshops with the client to gather requirements and produce estimations of solutions.
- Engage in Pre-Sales activities and write technical proposals.
- Lead the function design process and facilitate design workshops.
- Manage functional scope to reduce business and technical risks.
- Assist software developers with creating detailed software design specifications.
Requirements:
- 6 to 10+ years of experience in a relevant field.
- In-depth knowledge of Oracle ERP and/or Oracle Cloud ERP architecture.
- Proven understanding of how ERP integrates with other systems.
- Experience in extensions design, development, testing, and deployment from a functional perspective.
- Solid hands-on experience in cutover and data migration.
- Familiarity with Oracle’s Implementation methodology and testing procedures.
- Expertise in analyzing complex business requirements and recommending suitable solutions.
