We are looking for an experienced consulting professional who understands solutions, industry best practices, and multiple business processes within the Oracle product/technology family. This role involves operating independently to provide quality work products for our clients. You will perform varied and complex duties that require independent judgment to implement Oracle products and technology. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading complex functional/process analysis and facilitating workshops with senior customer resources and subject matter experts.
- Capturing and understanding client business requirements and facilitating process design aligned with modern best practices.
- Delivering functional and technical solutions on moderately complex customer engagements, potentially acting as a team lead on projects.
- Liaising with various teams (business analysts, architects, developers, etc.) for solution implementation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Participating in pre-sales activities, including understanding client requirements and presenting product fit solutions.

Requirements
- 5-7 years of relevant experience, including 2 years of consulting experience preferred.
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle ERP and Oracle Cloud ERP architecture.
- Proven ability to analyze business needs and make necessary recommendations.
- Solid hands-on experience in cutover and data migration.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and team members.
- Ability to travel as needed.
