Must Have Skills:
- Hands-on experience in Oracle Cloud Finance with a minimum of 2 end-to-end implementations.
- Expertise in 3 or more Oracle Cloud Finance modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Advanced Collections, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Expense, Project Financial Management, TAX, Lease accounting, and Risk Management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Requirements Gathering: Conduct workshops with business stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into functional specifications for Oracle Cloud Finance modules.
- Solution Design: Design solutions using Oracle Cloud Finance modules to address complex business needs aligning with industry best practices.
- Configuration and Setup: Configure Oracle Cloud Finance modules per business requirements, including chart of accounts and financial reporting structures.
- Testing and Quality Assurance: Develop and execute test scripts to validate configurations ensuring functionality meets requirements.
- User Training: Conduct training sessions for end users on effectively utilizing Oracle Cloud Finance modules.
- Post-Implementation Support: Provide support for end users, addressing functional inquiries and issues.
- Documentation: Prepare comprehensive documentation, including design documents, configuration guides, and user manuals.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with project managers, technical teams, and business stakeholders for successful project delivery.
Good to Have Skills:
- Certification in Oracle Cloud Finance modules is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills (written, oral, and listening).
- Creative and innovative mindset with an agile approach.
- Ability to collaborate with high-performing teams to achieve common goals.
