Position

As an Oracle Cloud EPM EPBCS Consultant, your primary responsibilities will include the design, implementation, configuration, and testing activities within Oracle Cloud engagements. Key qualifications include:

Technical/Functional Skills: Oracle EPBCS, Finance Planning & Workforce Planning, Smart View, FDMEE. Experience in Hyperion Planning modules (Revenue, Expense, Workforce, Capex, Strategic Planning) is also beneficial.
Proven track record in successfully delivering EPM Consulting/Advisory engagements, with direct involvement in large/strategic Oracle Cloud transformation projects.
Strong customer-facing and interpersonal communication skills, as well as familiarity with offshore development teams.
Understanding of Oracle SaaS Cloud integration mechanisms such as FBDI and BI Publisher.
Experience in implementing planning and budgeting processes (Revenue, Expense, Workforce & Strategic Planning).
Participation in technical design solutions, development of planning forms, business rules, reporting dashboards, and enhancement of applications.
Strong written communication skills needed for design documentation and proof of concept analysis.
Involved in testing activities and deployments along with business requirements analysis.
