Position

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) is seeking an Oracle Cloud HCM professional to lead the analysis and design in the HCM area, including Absence, Benefits, Compensation, Core HR, Recruiting, Talent Management, Learning, and Time & Labour. The role involves close cooperation with the client’s business teams to understand business requirements, capturing functional and technical requirements, translating them into Oracle HCM Cloud module requirements, and integrating these with other functional and technical teams.

Key responsibilities include designing processes and preparing the solution Blueprint for project implementation, configuring the system, testing the solution with end users, providing user training, supporting cutover, stabilizing the solution, and offering post go-live support.

Requirements:

Experience in business or technology consulting.
Oracle HCM implementation experience is preferred (SAP/Workday Retail may be considered).
Experience with Oracle ERP/EPM is advantageous.
Proven knowledge of Oracle Cloud solutions (HCM).
