About the Job
An experienced consulting professional who has an understanding of solutions, industry best practices, multiple business processes, or technology designs within a product/technology family. As an Oracle HCM Financial Functional Consultant, you will be primarily responsible for capturing, analyzing, and estimating customer business requirements and translating them into Oracle HCM / Oracle Cloud HCM solution architecture that fits within the customer’s business environment and objectives. You will lead complex functional/process analysis and facilitate workshops with senior customer resources and subject matter experts.

Responsibilities

  • Capture and understand client’s business requirements and specify system, application, or process designs.
  • Lead complex functional analysis and review solution overviews, functional designs, and configurations within the project.
  • Serve as an overall contributor to deliver a fully-functioning solution to the client.
  • Liaise with business analysts for requirements, management for estimations, functional architects, technical architects, designers, developers, and test teams during implementation.
  • Conduct formal workshops with clients to gather requirements, showcasing knowledge of the business environment in defining customer needs.
  • Produce solution estimations and participate actively in high-level planning and methodologies.
  • Engage in pre-sales activities and writing technical proposals.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of relevant experience, including 2 years of consulting experience preferred.
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
  • Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with team members and clients.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
