We are seeking a Senior Associate with experience in Oracle Cloud HCM Core, Payroll, Absence, Time & Labor (T&L), Recruiting & Onboarding, and Compensation & Benefits. The candidate will be responsible for the following:
- End-to-end process flow of Oracle HCM Cloud Applications, providing business and technical architectural guidance to the internal team and customers using Oracle Cloud HCM products and services.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and test solutions aligned with functional requirements.
- Driving global transformation projects, ensuring successful execution across HCM and Payroll workstreams.
- Creating Proof-of-Concepts to validate proposed solutions.
- Monitoring and tracking progress of HCM & Payroll implementations, ensuring alignment with project goals.

Requirements:
- Must have knowledge in Core HR, Absence, Benefit, and Payroll modules.
- Minimum of 2 end-to-end implementation experiences in the HCM & Payroll domain.
- Excellent communication skills (written, oral, and listening).
- Creative, innovative, and agile with the ability to think outside the box.
- Ability to collaborate with high-performing teams and individuals throughout the organization to accomplish common goals.
- Experience in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Fast Formula, HDL, and HCM Extracts.
- Global transformation project experience is essential.
Language Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills are necessary, with a focus on written and oral proficiency.
