Responsibilities:
- Requirements Gathering: Conduct workshops with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications for Oracle Cloud Procurement modules. Facilitate CRP sessions with users to finalize business processes.
- Solution Design: Design comprehensive solutions leveraging Oracle Cloud Procurement modules to meet complex business needs, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
- Configuration and Setup: Configure Oracle Cloud Procurement modules according to business requirements. Experience in integrating Oracle Fusion with third-party applications is required.
- Testing and Quality Assurance: Develop and execute test scripts to validate configurations and ensure system functionality meets business requirements.
- User Training: Conduct training sessions for end users to enhance their knowledge and skills in utilizing Oracle Cloud Procurement modules.
- Post-Implementation Support: Provide ongoing support to end users, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring smooth operations of Oracle Cloud modules.
- Documentation: Prepare comprehensive documentation including functional design documents, configuration guides, and user manuals.
- Stakeholder Management: Work effectively with project managers, technical teams, and business stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of projects within scope, budget, and timeline.
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in Oracle Cloud Procurement implementation with a strong focus on functional consulting.
- Strong understanding of Procurement principles, processes, and best practices.
- Proficiency in Oracle Cloud configurations and setups related to Procurement modules.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Proven ability to work independently as well as within a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Certification in Oracle Cloud Procurement modules is preferred.
