Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead full lifecycle implementations of Oracle Fusion Procurement modules (Self-Service Procurement, Purchasing, Sourcing, Supplier Portal, Contracts, Inventory).
- Manage project plans, risks, issues, dependencies, and escalation processes.
- Ensure adherence to project governance, methodologies, and quality standards.
- Drive status reporting, steering committee updates, and executive communication.
- Collaborate with functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Act as the primary liaison between business, IT, and external vendors.
- Ensure adherence to project governance, security, and compliance standards.
Required Skills:
- Proven experience managing ERP/Oracle transformation projects.
- Deep knowledge of Oracle Fusion Procurement Cloud modules.
- Strong understanding of P2P cycles, sourcing, contracts, and AP integration.
- Familiarity with procurement analytics, approvals, and security roles.
- Ability to bridge the gap between business and technical teams.
- Strong communication and business stakeholder management.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
