We are seeking a Project Manager with a proven track record of successful project delivery and at least 5 years of project management experience, including a minimum of 3 full life-cycle Oracle Cloud implementations. The Project Manager will be responsible for managing Oracle Cloud projects, ensuring quality, client satisfaction, and financial control according to Frontera’s project methodology, processes, and policies.
Candidates should demonstrate a successful track record in the following areas:
- Managing all phases of the project lifecycle within budget and timeline while meeting quality expectations.
- Managing project resources and finances.
- Reporting project status, issues, and risks to both the Client Project Steering and internally.
- Managing project governance and facilitating the escalation path for project issues.
- Implementing business transformation involving both IT and business process changes.
- Delivering project budgets exceeding £1M.
- Experience with formal project methodologies such as Oracle Unified Method and Prince2.
- Relationship management and conflict resolution.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise:
- Excellent problem-solving and hypothesis-forming skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, able to effectively engage with all levels of a client’s organization.
- Industry knowledge and expertise.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Team player with experience working with client teams, both onshore and offshore.
- Security Clearance is desirable.
- Prince2 Practitioner Certification (or equivalent) is desirable.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
