Support, monitor, and troubleshoot services and logs for servers and applications
Manage deployments, configuration changes, incident handling, and performance tuning across channels
Ensure high availability and best system performance
Comply with defined SLAs from all perspectives (Operations, Security Policies, and Audit Findings)
Maintain a replicated system in Disaster Recovery for Business Continuity
