Candidates will demonstrate expertise in delivering functional and technical solutions on moderately complex customer engagements, and may lead the design and implementation aspects of engagement(s), ensuring high-quality, integrated software solutions are delivered within designated timeframes and budgets. The role may also involve acting as a team lead on projects, providing mentorship and feedback to enhance team member skills, alongside consulting with customer management and participating in business development activities.

Responsibilities
- Lead a project team in delivering the company Cloud or On-Prem technology solutions to customers across small, medium, and large projects.
- Manage all project resources, including subcontractors.
- Provide day-to-day direction to the project team and communicate regular project status updates to the customer.
- Oversee scope, cost, schedule, and contractual deliverables, employing techniques for planning, tracking, change control, and risk management.
Requirements
- Bachelor or Master’s degree.
- Proven experience managing full lifecycle implementations of the company Cloud and/or On-Prem complex projects.
- Strong analytical and time management skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse remote project team.
- Fluent in English and/or French, in addition to Arabic as a mother tongue.
- PM Methodology certification is mandatory; Scrum Master certification is an advantage.
- Prior consulting and/or project management experience is required.
- Self-starter with confidence, drive, and strong organizational skills.
- Willingness to travel to the Middle East as project needs arise.
