In this position, you will operate independently to provide high-quality work products and perform complex tasks requiring independent judgment. You will be responsible for implementing products and technology to meet customer needs, applying methodology, company procedures, and leading practices.
The role may involve leading solution design and implementation aspects, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, integrated software solutions while adhering to time and budget constraints. Additionally, you may act as the team lead on projects, providing coaching, guidance, and feedback to develop team members' skills, consulting effectively with management of customer organizations, and participating in business development activities.
Responsibilities:
- Manage full lifecycle implementations of Cloud and/or on-premise complex projects.
- Lead and manage an international team of architects and consultants.
- Manage all project resources, including subcontractors, providing day-to-day direction.
- Ensure successful delivery of projects, managing scope, cost, schedule, and contractual deliverables.
- Develop and lead detailed solutions for moderately complex projects.
- Maintain effective communication with team members and clients.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of relevant experience, including 6 years of project or direct line management experience.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred.
- Previous solid experience in managing full lifecycle implementations of Cloud and/or on-premise complex projects.
- PM Methodology certification is required; Scrum Master certification is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, time management, influencing, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English; proficiency in French or Arabic is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel as needed within the Middle East.
