Oracle Consulting Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced consulting professional with a broad understanding of solutions, industry best practices, and technology designs within the company products. The Consulting Project Manager will operate independently to deliver quality outcomes that meet customer needs, applying company methodology and procedures.

Responsibilities include:

• Leading solution design and implementation aspects of engagements.
• Delivering functional and technical solutions on moderately complex customer projects.
• Coaching and providing guidance to team members.
• Consulting effectively with customer management.
• Participating in business development activities and developing detailed solutions for projects.

The ideal candidate will have 6-8 years of relevant experience, including 3-4 years in consulting, and possess an undergraduate degree or equivalent experience. Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with team members and clients are essential. Travel may be required as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• Previous experience in managing full lifecycle implementations of Cloud and/or On-Prem projects.
• Strong analytical and time management skills.
• Fluent in English and/or French, with Arabic as a mother tongue.
• PM Methodology certification is mandatory; Scrum Master certification is a plus.
• Experience in international and cross-cultural project management is beneficial.
• Previous consulting and/or project management experience is required.
