Your role will involve engaging at senior levels with both existing and new Oracle customers, leveraging your extensive experience in IT support and managed services to accurately capture customer requirements, explore all potential options, and build compelling service propositions.

CSS SSAs focus on service solutions for Oracle cloud, on-premises, and hybrid engagements, adeptly managing leading-edge and complex custom requirements. A successful track record in delivering IT services for mission-critical environments is essential, along with broad expertise in IT infrastructure, databases, applications, and cloud technologies.
Each SSA possesses deep knowledge in specific services or technology areas, serving as a subject-matter lead within their team. You will play a pivotal role in crafting service commercial propositions—including pricing, approvals, legal, and contracting—while utilizing strong customer-facing presentation and interaction skills to effectively communicate with senior management and articulate service and technology solutions in terms of business value and risk.
Work Conditions:
- Full-time remote position.
- The position is based in Dubai, UAE.
- Geographic area of responsibility includes UAE and Gulf States.
Language Requirements:
- Fluent spoken and written English and Arabic language capability is required.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in relevant IT services across various technologies and customer sectors.
- Significant experience in services roles within external IT services providers.
- Broad understanding of enterprise applications and IT infrastructures, including public and on-premises cloud.
- Experience in presales roles, IT project management, and consulting with major customer organizations regarding IT services.
- Proven ability to construct and deliver compelling presentations and propositions.
