Oracle Developer (OIC & VBCS)

As an Oracle Developer (OIC & VBCS) at the company in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, you will be responsible for ensuring that business requirements are thoroughly analyzed through design, coding, and testing based on standard methodologies utilizing Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Oracle Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS), ATP Database, and BI reports. Your role will involve:

• Key Responsibilities:
  • Design & Development:
    • Develop new modules, enhancements, and customizations using OIC, VBCS, PCS, OTBI, and BI Publisher reports.
    • Ensure solutions are efficient, secure, and aligned with business requirements.
  • Documentation:
    • Prepare technical design documents, unit test cases, and deployment guides.
    • Adhere to Oracle Unified Methodology (OUM) standards for documentation and quality assurance.
  • Testing & Quality Assurance:
    • Conduct System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business users.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve issues during SIT and UAT cycles.
  • Deployment & Support:
    • Assist in SIT, UAT, and production deployments.
    • Provide ongoing post-production support and promptly resolve user queries.
  • User Support:
    • Provide functional and technical support for Oracle Finance modules (standard and custom).

Required Skills:

• Experience in Oracle Cloud technologies (OIC, VBCS, PCS, OTBI, BI Publisher).
• Proficiency in Oracle SQL and PL/SQL.
• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and the Oracle JET framework.
• Knowledge of REST API integration and handling authentication methods (OAuth, Basic Auth, Certificates).
• Experience in creating App-to-App integrations (SaaS to SaaS, SaaS to On-Prem, Hybrid).
