In this role, the Oracle HCM Team Leader will oversee the end-to-end implementation of Oracle E-Business Suite Human Capital Management (HCM), managing solution design, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring high-quality delivery across all HCM modules. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and communication skills, as well as in-depth functional expertise in Core HR, Payroll, Self-Service HR, Learning Management, and Recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Requirements Gathering & Analysis: Conduct detailed requirements-gathering sessions; analyze HR processes and translate requirements into functional specifications.
  • Solution Design & Documentation: Prepare functional design documentation and lead solution design workshops.
  • Project Leadership & Delivery: Lead the HCM functional team during implementations and upgrades, ensuring project timelines are met.
  • Implementation & Functional Expertise: Deliver a minimum of six full-cycle Oracle EBS HCM implementations and provide configuration guidance on various modules.
  • Stakeholder Management & Communication: Serve as the primary functional point of contact for HR, IT, and leadership teams.
  • Quality Assurance & Testing: Lead system integration testing and user acceptance testing to ensure successful implementations.
  • Training & Post-Go-Live Support: Conduct training sessions, facilitate knowledge transfer, and provide ongoing support after go-live.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • 8–12 years of hands-on experience with Oracle EBS HCM applications.
  • A minimum of six full-cycle HCM implementations.
  • Deep functional expertise in Payroll, Core HR, Self-Service HR, Learning Management, and Recruiting.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and client-facing skills.
  • Proven ability to lead teams in complex, multi-module HCM projects.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with integrations between Oracle HCM and other business modules or third-party systems.
  • Experience supporting upgrades and global HCM deployments.
