Oracle EBS HRMS Consultant

The company is seeking an Oracle EBS HRMS Consultant to join their team in Riyadh. The successful candidate will have experience in Oracle ERP, focusing on implementation and support projects related to Oracle EBS Core HR, SSHR, absence management, payroll, learning management, and talent management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and support Oracle ERP solutions.
• Set up HR-related Descriptive Flex Fields, Key Flex Fields, Validation Sets, and other configurations.
• Gather and analyze business requirements and perform Fit-Gap analysis.
• Deliver project documentation, including solution design and testing materials.
• Configure Oracle HRMS workflows and perform data migration tasks.
• Communicate effectively within Integrated Project Teams.

Language Requirements:

• Arabic speaker is preferred.
