Key Responsibilities:
- Design, configure, and implement Oracle HRMS modules, including Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Absence, and Performance Management.
- Develop and maintain data interfaces with other systems, such as payroll or benefits providers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Oracle HRMS.
- Collaborate with technical teams to integrate Oracle HRMS with other systems.
- Analyze business requirements and provide functional solutions using Oracle HRMS.
- Configure and implement Oracle HRMS workflows, including approval processes and notifications.
- Develop and deliver training sessions for end-users on Oracle HRMS functionality.
- Collaborate with other teams to design and implement HR processes and procedures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree.
- Experience with Oracle HRMS, including configuration, implementation, and support.
- In-depth knowledge of Oracle HRMS modules, including Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Absence, and Performance Management.
- Arabic speaking is a must.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
