This full-time position is located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. We are looking for a skilled Oracle EBS HRMS Techno Functional Consultant to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Experience in Oracle ERP – Implementation, Rollout & Support projects experience with Oracle EBS HRMS modules: Core HR, SSHR, Absence, Payroll, OTL, Learning, Recruitment, Succession.
• Good experience in Oracle E-Business development environment (PLSQL, Workflow, Form/Screen Personalization, BI Publisher Reports, Interfaces, etc.)
• Setup HR related Descriptive Flex Fields, Key Flex Fields, Validation Sets, and Special Information Types, security Profile attachments, users, responsibilities, request sets, and menus.
• Independently drive the business users to understand the requirements, gather and analyze business requirements, perform the Fit-Gap analysis, and provide production support.
• Ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner while working in Integrated Project Teams.
