Job Responsibilities:
- Experience in Oracle ERP – Implementation & Support projects with Oracle EBS Core HR, SSHR, Absence, Learning Management, Payroll, etc.
- Setup HR-related Descriptive Flex Fields, Key Flex Fields, Validation Sets, Special Information Types, security profile attachments, users, responsibilities, request sets, and menus.
- Independently drive business users to understand functional requirements, gather and analyze business requirements, perform Fit-Gap analysis, and provide production support.
- Responsible for various project deliverables documents such as Solution Design, Functional Specifications, Setup Documents, SIT-UAT Test Scripts, Reporting Requirements, Training Materials, etc.
- Knowledge in Oracle E-Business development environment (PL/SQL, Workflow, Form Personalization, BI Publisher Reports, etc.) to collaborate with technical consultants.
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely while working in Integrated Project Teams.
