We are seeking an experienced Oracle EBS HRMS Techno-Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite HRMS modules and Oracle development tools. The ideal candidate will be responsible for requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, customization, implementation, rollout, and production support across HRMS functions based in Riyadh.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Human Resources, or a related field
Oracle EBS HRMS certifications will be an added advantage
7 years of experience in Oracle ERP implementation, rollout, and support projects
Strong hands-on experience with Oracle EBS HRMS modules, including:
- Core HR
- Self-Service HR (SSHR)
- Absence Management
- Payroll
- Oracle Time & Labor (OTL)
- Learning Management
- Recruitment
- Succession Planning
Experience in end-to-end HRMS implementations and support projects
Strong experience in Oracle E-Business Suite development environment, including:
- PL/SQL
- Oracle Workflow
- Forms Personalization
- Screen Personalization
- BI Publisher Reports
- Interfaces and Integration
Experience in configuring HRMS security, flexfields, and system administration functions
Knowledge of Oracle HRMS architecture and best practices
Fluent communication skills in Arabic and English
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent requirement gathering and stakeholder management skills
