Oracle EBS HRMS Techno-Functional Consultant

The company is seeking an Oracle EBS HRMS Techno-Functional Consultant. We are an IT services, consulting, and business solutions organization that has been partnering with many of the world’s largest businesses for over 50 years.

Job Description:

• Experience in Oracle ERP – Implementation & Support projects with Oracle EBS Core HR, SSHR, Absence, Learning management, Payroll, etc.
• Setup of HR-related Descriptive Flex Fields, Key Flex Fields, Validation Sets, and Special Information Types, security Profile attachments, users, responsibilities, request sets, and menus.
• Independently drive business users to understand functional requirements, gather and analyze business requirements, perform Fit-Gap analysis, and provide production support.
• Responsible for various project deliverables documents - Solution design, Functional Specifications, Setup Documents, SIT-UAT Test Scripts, Reporting requirements, Training materials, etc.
• Knowledge in the Oracle E-Business development environment (PLSQL, Workflow, Form Personalization, BI Publisher Reports) to work with technical consultants.
• Ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner while working in Integrated Project Teams.
