Oracle EBS HRMS Techno-Functional Consultant

About the Job: The Oracle EBS HRMS Techno-Functional Consultant will be responsible for handling regular issues in HRMS and Payroll, including Core HR, Payroll, Self Service, and OLM. Key responsibilities include:

• Monitoring daily scheduled programs and supporting tickets received from end users.
• Fixing and assisting end users with production support issues related to reports, interfaces, workflow, and AME.
• Providing 24 x 7 support for applications and ensuring timely bug fixes and coordination with stakeholders.
• Offering workarounds to stakeholders and troubleshooting standard errors with Oracle support.
