Job Description:

• 7+ years of experience in Oracle ERP, including implementation, rollout, and support projects with Oracle EBS HRMS modules such as Core HR, SSHR, Absence, Payroll, OTL, Learning, Recruitment, and Succession.
• Good experience in the Oracle E-Business development environment, including PLSQL, Workflow, Form/Screen Personalization, BI Publisher Reports, and Interfaces.
• Set up HR related Descriptive Flex Fields, Key Flex Fields, Validation Sets, Special Information Types, security profile attachments, users, responsibilities, request sets, and menus.
• Independently drive business users to understand requirements, gather and analyze business requirements, perform Fit-Gap analysis, and provide production support.
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely while working in integrated project teams.
