We are seeking an Oracle EBS HRMS Techno-Functional Consultant for a full-time position located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Job Description:

• Experience in Oracle ERP – Implementation & Support projects with Oracle EBS Core HR, SSHR, Absence, Learning Management, Payroll, etc.
• Setup HR-related Descriptive Flex Fields, Key Flex Fields, Validation Sets, and Special Information Types, security profile attachments, users, responsibilities, request sets, and menus.
• Independently drive business users to understand functional requirements, gather and analyze business requirements, perform Fit-Gap analysis, and provide production support.
• Responsible for various project deliverables documents including Solution Design, Functional Specifications, Setup Documents, SIT-UAT Test Scripts, Reporting Requirements, and Training Materials.
• Knowledge in Oracle E-Business development environment (PLSQL, Workflow, Form Personalization, BI Publisher Reports, etc.) to work with technical consultants.
• Ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner while working in Integrated Project Teams.
