Oracle EBS HRMS Techno Functional Consultant

As a Production Support Techno-functional Finance consultant, you will be responsible for handling regular issues in HRMS and Payroll, including Core HR, Payroll, Self Service, and OLM. Your tasks will include monitoring daily scheduled programs, supporting tickets received from end users, fixing production support issues related to reports, interfaces, workflows, and AME, and providing 24/7 support for applications. You will also perform bug fixes and production fixes on a fast-track process while coordinating with other stakeholders, provide workarounds, and utilize your knowledge of Oracle support to check standard errors and follow up with Oracle.
