Job Responsibilities:
- Lead Oracle ERP implementation, rollout, and support projects using Oracle EBS HRMS modules.
- Develop and deploy solutions in the Oracle E-Business development environment (PLSQL, Workflow, Form/Screen Personalization, BI Publisher Reports, Interfaces, etc.).
- Configure HR-related Descriptive Flex Fields, Key Flex Fields, Validation Sets, security Profile attachments, users, responsibilities, request sets, and menus.
- Analyze business requirements and perform Fit-Gap analysis while providing production support.
- Collaborate and communicate effectively within Integrated Project Teams.
