About the Job: Join Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) as an Oracle EBS HRMS Techno-Functional Consultant in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle regular issues in HRMS & Payroll, including Core HR, Payroll, Self Service, and OLM.
  • Monitor daily scheduled programs and support tickets received from end users.
  • Provide production support for issues related to Reports, Interfaces, Workflow, AME.
  • Offer 24 x 7 support for applications.
  • Fix and assist end users with production support issues using a FastTrack process while coordinating with other stakeholders.
  • Provide workarounds to stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of Oracle support to check standard errors and follow up with Oracle.
