As an Oracle EBS Techno Functional Consultant, you will be responsible for handling regular issues in HRMS & Payroll, including Core HR, Payroll, Self Service, and OLM. You will monitor daily scheduled programs and support tickets received from end users, providing production support and assisting with issues related to reports, interfaces, workflows, and AME. Your role will involve providing 24x7 support for applications, performing bug fixes/production fixes through a FastTrack process, coordinating with stakeholders, and offering workarounds as needed. Knowledge of Oracle support to check standard errors and follow up with Oracle is essential.
