Key Responsibilities:
- Configure, deploy, and maintain Oracle ECE and OC3C solutions to support communication service offerings.
- Develop and implement charging, rating, and billing strategies in Oracle ECE and OC3C.
- Monitor and optimize the performance of ECE and OC3C systems to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical guidance on ECE and OC3C capabilities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to charging, rating, and billing processes in ECE and OC3C.
- Implement upgrades and enhancements to ECE and OC3C platforms to meet evolving business needs.
- Provide training and support to end users on how to effectively utilize Oracle ECE and OC3C.
Skills:
- Proven experience working with Oracle Enterprise Communications Broker (ECE) and Oracle Comms Converged Charging Controller (OC3C).
- Strong knowledge of ECE and OC3C architecture, configuration, and customization.
- Experience with designing and implementing charging, rating, and billing processes in ECE and OC3C.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and optimizing ECE and OC3C systems.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to analyze requirements and translate them into technical solutions in ECE and OC3C.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail to ensure accurate and reliable charging and billing processes.
Good to Have:
Oracle certifications are a plus.
