The Enterprise Architect is the most senior customer-facing architecture role within Oracle, playing a critical part in the relationship between the customer and the company. Acting as a bridge between customer needs and Oracle's solutions, the Enterprise Architect provides leadership across various lines of business to ensure that Oracle’s offerings are feasible, consistent, effective, and aligned with customer needs. This role involves inspiring business transformation by aligning an organization’s strategic objectives with its operating model, processes, and capabilities. The Enterprise Architect assesses current processes and capabilities and develops phased, value-based recommendations for transformation initiatives, closely collaborating with senior customer stakeholders such as CIOs, Chief Architects, and CTOs to build strategic architecture relationships. Additionally, the Enterprise Architect leads architecture reuse by capturing large-scale designs and influences business development and services proposition development, ensuring high-quality, integrated cross-domain business solutions while advising on organizational impact and architectural standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive delivery of value to customers through business-driven enterprise architectures.
- Collaborate with local account teams and various Oracle lines of business.
- Provide recommendations on process, capability, and technology changes.
- Conduct workshops for strategy, architecture, roadmap, and planning.
- Develop client-specific roadmaps, transition plans, and identify quick wins.
- Lead architecture design aspects of engagements.
- Remain updated with relevant architectural programs and Oracle’s product developments.
Qualifications:
- University Degree in Computer Science or a related IT field.
- Extensive background as an Enterprise Architect, CTO, or Head of Architecture.
- 10+ years of relevant experience.
- Strong ERP experience and knowledge of enterprise architecture methods.
- Proven expertise in SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS solutions and digital transformation.
- Good understanding of implementation methodologies and best practices.
- Ability to engage with diverse customer stakeholders and articulate strategic solutions.
Language Requirements: English proficiency is expected.
