Key responsibilities include:
- Inspiring business transformation by aligning an organization's strategic objectives with its operating model, processes, and capabilities.
- Disassembling transformation opportunities into phased, value-based recommendations.
- Building strong strategic architecture relationships with senior customer stakeholders, including CIOs, Chief Architects, and CTOs, through regular interactions.
- Leading on architecture reuse, capturing large-scale designs for future applications and business development.
- Driving the delivery of customer value through business-driven enterprise architectures.
- Conducting workshops for strategy, architecture, roadmaps, and planning.
- Advising on process changes to realize client strategies and providing client-specific roadmaps and transition plans.
Work Conditions:
- Full-time position based in Saudi Arabia.
- On-site work environment.
Qualifications:
- University degree in Computer Sciences or a related IT field.
- 10+ years of relevant experience as an Enterprise Architect, CTO, or in a similar role.
- ERP experience is a must.
- Proven expertise in SaaS, PaaS, IaaS, and Digital Transformation.
- Strong knowledge of cloud solutions and industry-specific applications.
- Familiarity with architecture frameworks like TOGAF, IAF, DYA, and Oracle’s OADP/OEAF.
Language Requirements:
- Proficiency in English is essential. Additional language skills are advantageous.
