About the Job:
We are seeking experienced Oracle Cloud EPM Functional Consultants with a minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Cloud EPM and at least 2 end-to-end implementations. Candidates should have expertise in 3 or more Oracle EPM Cloud modules, including Planning & Budgeting (EPBCS), Profitability & Cost Management (PCMCS), Financial Consolidation (FCCS), Tax Reporting & Reconciliation (TRCS), Account Reconciliation (ARCS), Enterprise Data Management (EDMCS), and Narrative Reporting.

Responsibilities:
- Requirements Gathering: Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications for Oracle Cloud EPM modules.
- Solution Design: Create comprehensive solutions leveraging Oracle Cloud EPM modules, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
- Configuration and Setup: Configure Oracle Cloud EPM modules based on business requirements and integrate Oracle Fusion with third-party applications.
- Testing and Quality Assurance: Develop and execute test scripts to validate Oracle Cloud EPM configurations.
- User Training: Conduct training sessions for end users on the effective use of Oracle Cloud EPM modules.
- Post-Implementation Support: Provide support to end users, addressing inquiries and troubleshooting issues.
- Documentation: Prepare comprehensive documentation, including functional design documents and user manuals.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with project managers, technical teams, and business stakeholders for successful project delivery.
Qualifications:
- Strong experience in Oracle Cloud EPM implementation and functional consulting.
- Solid understanding of EPM principles, processes, and best practices.
- Proficiency in Oracle Cloud configurations related to EPM modules.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Certification in Oracle Cloud EPM modules is preferred.
