As an Oracle EPM Consultant, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Gathering and analyzing business requirements and translating them into EPM solutions.
  • Designing, configuring, and implementing Oracle EPM Cloud solutions, such as:
    • Planning & Budgeting Cloud Service (PBCS/EPBCS)
    • Financial Consolidation and Close (FCCS)
    • Account Reconciliation (ARCS)
    • Enterprise Data Management (EDMCS)
  • Developing calculation scripts, business rules, forms, reports, and dashboards.
  • Collaborating with business users to conduct testing, training, and documentation.
  • Providing support and troubleshooting issues post go-live.
  • Coordinating with Oracle Support and internal teams to resolve system issues.

Required Skills:

  • Experience in Oracle EPM Cloud or Hyperion Suite.
  • Strong knowledge of EPM tools and processes including financial planning, forecasting, and consolidation.
  • Expertise in Smart View, data management, and data integration tools (e.g., Data Management/FDMEE).
  • Experience in designing metadata, forms, reports, and dashboards.
  • Good understanding of finance and accounting principles.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Oracle Cloud EPM certification is a plus.
  • Experience in integrating EPM with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle ERP Cloud).
  • Knowledge of REST APIs and scripting for automation.
  • Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
