Oracle EPM Solution Architect

KPMG Lower Gulf is seeking an Oracle EPM Solution Architect to lead and manage Oracle EPM (FCCS, ARCS, DM, ePBCS, EDMCS) solutions through their full lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, training, implementation, and support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and delivery of Oracle EPM Cloud functional architecture strategy using leading practices throughout all phases of EPM Cloud Transformation.
• Gather and apply business and functional requirements to guide solution delivery aligned with business goals.
• Advise implementation teams on best practices for planning applications and data loading.
• Lead Testing and Training Programs during EPM Cloud Transformations, establishing critical paths, milestones, and reviewing deliverables to ensure they meet client criteria.
• Conduct workshops to gather requirements and manage delivery across all phases: design, build, testing, training, deployment, and post-go-live.
• Engage business and IT stakeholders to align EPM solutions with enterprise goals and ensure adherence to Oracle Cloud best practices.
• Support business development by shaping solutions, estimates, and proposals, and participating in client demos and presentations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, MIS, or equivalent.
• 8+ years of experience in Oracle EPM solutions, with at least 4 years in Oracle EPM Cloud.
• Experience with the functional and operational aspects of Oracle EPM Cloud (SaaS) products.
• Hands-on experience in at least two of the following modules: EPBCS, PCMCS, FCCS, TRCS, ARCS, EDMCS, Narrative Reporting, Data Management.
• Knowledge of EPM Automate and scripting (Batch, VBScript, Python, and/or PowerShell) is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Arabic speaker preferred, with the ability to travel across the Middle East.
