As a Principal Sales Consultant, you will be the expert formulating and leading presales technical and functional support activities for prospective clients and customers, ensuring customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include:
- Acting as a technical resource and mentor for less experienced Sales Consultants
- Focusing on large or complex sales opportunities that require innovative solutions
- Developing productivity tools and training for other Sales Consultants
- Delivering exceptional Oracle presentations and demonstrations
- Leading all aspects of the technical sales process
- Advising clients on overall architectural solutions
- Partnering with the sales team throughout the sales cycle to articulate the business value of the SaaS - Enterprise Performance Management Solution

You will leverage industry knowledge to recommend relevant and innovative solutions that support customers’ desired outcomes. Ensuring customers' key business requirements are fully addressed is essential, as is designing and articulating the Oracle SaaS - ERP Solution to various stakeholders. Staying current with SaaS - ERP Solution and modern demonstration techniques is crucial for success in this role.
Experience & Qualifications
- Extensive knowledge of business applications in ERP Solution with mandatory public sector experience
- 12 years of experience as a pre-sales or implementation consultant in enterprise transformation projects or in ERP Consultation
- Strong understanding of ERP solution interaction with other systems such as EPM, Projects, Procurement, and Supply Chain
- Experience implementing or demonstrating ERP software like Oracle or SAP; ERP practitioner experience is a plus
- Previous roles in sales, pre-sales, product management, or consulting are advantageous
- Ability to apply technology to drive innovation, with experience in design thinking and customer journey mapping being a plus
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent desirable
- Fluent in Arabic and English
- Travel required, approximately 30%
