Position

We are looking for an experienced Oracle ERP (EBS) Project Manager to lead end-to-end ERP implementation projects based in Riyadh. The candidate will be responsible for overall project execution, stakeholder management, delivery quality, and alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Oracle ERP (EBS) implementation, migration, and upgrade projects.
  • Define project scope, timelines, resource planning, and execution strategy.
  • Manage day-to-day project operations and ensure quality deliverables.
  • Coordinate with client stakeholders and provide regular status updates.
  • Track, monitor, and resolve project risks, issues, and escalations.
  • Ensure adherence to SLAs, timelines, and budget.
  • Conduct fit-gap analysis and recommend solutions aligned with business needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including vendors, developers, QA teams, and business users.
  • Drive change management and ensure smooth project transitions.
  • Support governance meetings, including Steering Committee updates.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent Project Management certification is highly preferred.
  • 12–15 years of overall IT experience.
  • 8 years in Oracle ERP (EBS) Project Management.
  • Proven track record in implementation, migration, and upgrade projects.
  • Strong experience in risk and issue management.
  • Expertise in escalation handling and conflict resolution.
  • Experience in SLA management and customer reporting.
  • Strong exposure to program management and change management.
  • Experience managing large-scale, complex ERP projects.
  • Strong leadership and team-building capabilities.
  • Excellent stakeholder and customer management skills.

Language Requirements:

  • Fluent in Arabic with strong written and spoken proficiency in English.

Additional Information: Candidates must be locally available in Saudi Arabia, preferably in Riyadh, with a transferable Iqama.
