Location: Dubai, Dubai, United Arab Emirates (On-site)
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement, configure, and support Oracle Financial modules such as:
- General Ledger (GL)
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Fixed Assets (FA)
- Cash Management
- Expense Management
- Gather and analyze client business requirements and translate them into Oracle ERP configurations.
- Perform functional testing, system validation, and support UAT activities.
- Support finance users in daily operations, issue resolution, and enhancements.
- Create and maintain functional documentation including solution designs, process flows, test scripts, and training materials.
- Collaborate with technical teams for the development of reports, interfaces, and customizations.
- Assist with data migration activities including FBDI templates and reconciliation.
- Ensure timely and quality delivery of solutions within project timelines and scope.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Oracle Financials (EBS or Fusion Cloud).
- Strong understanding of finance and accounting principles and their application in ERP systems.
- Hands-on experience with configuration and implementation of Oracle Financial modules.
- Knowledge of financial reporting tools like OTBI, BI Publisher, Smart View, or FRS.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a client-facing environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Oracle Cloud Financials Certification (GL, AP, AR, etc.) is highly preferred.
- Experience in multi-country or global implementations.
- Familiarity with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP APIs, and web services.
- Experience working in Agile or hybrid project delivery methodologies.
- Exposure to tools like Oracle ADFdi, Smart View, or FBDI.
