About the Role
This position involves leading finance transformation engagements, assisting clients in modernizing their finance functions, and defining strategic objectives. You'll be responsible for developing actionable transformation roadmaps and driving growth within the Finance Reinvention Partner team by strengthening relationships with CFOs and senior finance personnel. As a trusted advisor, you will leverage your finance transformation expertise to solve complex challenges and shape long-term strategies that unlock greater business value through improved finance data, analytics, planning, performance management, and reporting capabilities. You will also design future-state finance processes across RTR, PTP, and OTC, integrating advanced technologies like generative AI and intelligent automation. Your role will encompass designing leading practice ERP processes (SAP / Oracle), managing the full lifecycle of client engagements, and developing high-performing consulting teams while fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead finance transformation engagements by helping clients modernize their finance functions, define strategic objectives, prioritize initiatives, and develop actionable transformation roadmaps.
- Drive the growth of our Finance Reinvention Partner team by strengthening relationships with CFOs and senior finance personnel, developing top talent, and shaping/delivering business development opportunities.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to CFOs and senior executives, bringing deep finance transformation expertise to solve complex business challenges and shape long-term transformation strategies.
- Help clients unlock greater business value by transforming finance data, analytics, planning, performance management, and reporting capabilities to enable better decision-making and support enterprise-wide digital transformation.
- Design future-state finance processes across RTR, PTP, and OTC that harness generative AI, agentic AI, intelligent automation, and predictive analytics to streamline operations, enhance decision-making, and transform end-to-end finance processes.
- Design leading practice ERP processes (SAP / Oracle) using functional design and liaise with technology teams and ecosystem partners.
- Lead the full lifecycle of client engagements, from opportunity shaping and proposal development through delivery, while managing project economics, engagement risk, executive stakeholder relationships, and client satisfaction.
- Develop, mentor, and inspire high-performing consulting teams while fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
Requirements:
- 15+ years of experience in consulting and Finance Transformation.
- Deep knowledge of Finance & Accounting (F&A) processes and Oracle-enabled transformation.
- Strong experience in end-to-end Finance Platform transformation programs, including:
- ERP Assessment and Value case development.
- Functional Design (including Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials - GL, AP, and AR or Oracle EPM Cloud - FCCS and ARCS).
- Target operating model and Finance role design implications.
- Experience in AI-led process digitization (Process mining, Gen AI and Agentic AI design and deployment).
- Proven ability to engage and influence CFOs and C-level stakeholders in large organizations.
- Experience in collaborating across service lines (e.g., Technology Strategy, Systems Implementation, and Application Management Services teams) to support end-to-end transformation objectives.
- Experience managing medium to large teams (6–16 resources) and practice development.
- Experience in shaping and leading proposal development to support business development.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- MBA or postgraduate degree preferred.
- Professional Finance qualification (ACCA, CIMA, ACA) is highly preferred.
- Oracle certifications are a strong plus.
