Responsibilities:
- Develop, configure, and customize iFlex (Oracle FLEXCUBE) solutions for core banking operations.
- Integrate iFlex with core banking systems, payment gateways, and third-party financial services.
- Design and implement custom workflows, automation, and enhancements to improve banking processes.
- Collaborate with banking operations, IT, and business teams to gather requirements and implement secure solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve iFlex-related system issues, ensuring seamless financial transactions.
- Develop and maintain API integrations (REST/SOAP) to connect iFlex with external banking services.
- Ensure compliance with banking security regulations (PCI DSS, AML, KYC, etc.) and internal risk policies.
- Optimize performance, scalability, and reliability of the iFlex banking system.
- Document technical solutions and provide training for banking IT teams.
Key Requirements:
- Expertise in Oracle FLEXCUBE (UBS, Core, or Direct Banking modules).
- Strong technical skills in Java, PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, and Unix/Linux scripting.
- Experience integrating FLEXCUBE with core banking solutions (e.g., Finacle, T24, Temenos, or proprietary CBS).
- Knowledge of financial transaction processing, payments, SWIFT, and remittance systems.
- Proficiency in database management (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL).
- Hands-on experience with API development (REST/SOAP) and microservices architecture.
- Familiarity with banking security standards (AML, KYC, PCI DSS, ISO 27001, etc.).
- Ability to work with banking regulators and compliance teams to meet audit requirements.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with RPA (Robotic Process Automation) for banking processes.
- Knowledge of cloud-based banking solutions (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines for banking applications.
